Once the parameters of a calculation report are defined, you can print the calculation report or save it in a RTF file. The acronym RTF stands for ‘Rich Text Format’. It is a file format that can be read or modified by MS Word.
To save a calculation report in a RTF file, click 
. When you click on the arrow 
, you can indicate if the heading should be exported as well. If yes, then for example MS Word will recognize the used titles as a style.
Only selected calculation reports will be printed. With the button 
, you can select or unselect all calculation reports. The button 
allows you to invert the selection.
