To define a point load on one (or more) points:
- Select the relevant points.
- Click on
.
The following dialogue appears:
- Tab page “Main directions”
Specify the three components of the point load according to the global coordinate system.
The representation of the global components rotates with this coordinate system. Each colour refers to an axis of the global coordinate system displayed in the bottom right of the model window.
The arrow of the load indicates the direction of a positive load. - Tab page “Angle“
This tab allows you to place a point load at an angle with the XZ plane α and an angle with the X-axis β.
