To rotate a cross-section around its own axis (x’-axis):
- Select the relevant bar(s).
- Click on

The following dialogue appears:
- Orientation angle
Enter the rotation angle. - Mirroring
For asymmetrical profiles, it is sometimes necessary to mirror the cross-section. The local right-handed coordinate system is then modified into a left-handed coordinate system.
