Maximum relative deflection

1•2•Build takes the maximum relative deflection defined by the user into account during the design. If the structure does not meet this requirement, 1•2•Build issues a warning.

A detailed overview of maximum allowed deflections are given in standards, like NBN B 03-003.

The cracked deflection after creep must be calculated for structures in reinforced concrete. This deformation can be a factor 3 to 5 times larger than the elastic deformation. However, it is not possible to calculate the cracked deflection after creep with 1•2•Build. You’ll need ConCrete or Diamonds for this.
