System Error. Code 32. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

When starting a new project, opening a project or saving the project, you get the error below. It is not possible to close Diamonds.

 

[NL]: Het proces heeft geen toegang tot het bestand omdat het door een ander proces wordt gebruikt.

Solution

• Use the Task Manager to close Diamonds.
• Uninstall Gateway (Control Panel > Programs and features).
• Install Gateway again. You can download it here.
