Solution 1

Cause: user-defined material not well recognized

  • Assign a material from the library to all elements user defined materials liek masonry.
  • Remove the user defined materials from the library.
  • Add the user defined materials again to the library.
Note: due to a bug in Diamonds 2018r02, adding a material can cause trouble. Please follow these steps. The bug is solved in Diamonds 2019 (or newer).
  • Assign them again to the relevant elements.

Solution 2

  1. Close the Diamonds/PowerConnect – it is recommended to NOT save the model that is open, as important information might get lost
