When sending a model from Diamonds to BIM Expert, you get the following error in BIM Expert:

It was not possible to convert the model: The request value ‘BS_5950’ can not be found.

[ES]: No ha sido posible convertir el modelo: No se puede encontrat el valor solictatie ‘BS_5950’.

Solution

Cause: the Diamonds version is not compatible with the BIM Expert version.

Get the BIM Expert version that is compatible with your Diamonds version. The versions on our website are always compatible.
