Concrete
- A dialog has been added that allows you the change the parameters used during the punching shear check of footings. To access the dialog:
- Run the elastic analysis
and the reinforcement calculation
. - Select the punching shear reinforcement
. - Select a footing and click on the right mouse button. The dialog opens.
- Run the elastic analysis
- ΔvEd (the net upward force used for the punching shear verification) was already implemented for footings, but now it is implemented for foundation plates as well.
General
- Bugfix in rounding of calculated transverse Young’s modulus G.
Loads
- Bugfix in wind loads on duo pitched canopy: incorrect balance factor between adjecent zones
- Updated map and agR values for Romanian seismic standard (SR EN 1998-1).
Results
- Bugfix in detailed results where mouse seems to be fixed on a horizontal or vertical line
- Bugfix in detailed results that opens slowly.
- Values in mean results aren’t updated when you change the units from meter to something else.
- Bugfix in results table: error message when switching between different view options.
Concrete
- Cracked deformation is overestimated when the element contains very small axial force.
- Maximum allowable longitudonal reinforcement in a column is checked based on the enveloppe of all reinforcement cases, instead of for each case separately.

General
- Interface available in Romanian language.
Geometry
- When you copy-paste bar-properties using the right mouse button (in the geometry configuration), also copy the data behind the “Reinforcement dialog” (= the concrete cover, reinforcement distribution, …).
- Shortcut i or I for opening the Intersection dialog

Shortcut l or L for drawing lines
. In the past it was already possible to draw lines using a or A. Both shortcuts can be used. - Possibility to draw an ellips using the button

are provided with navigations buttons at the bottom. This should make the dialogs load faster.

Results
- Additional export options in results table
allowing you to export :
- only the current combinations (which was already possible in the past).
- the results of all combinations (new).
- the reuslts of all combiantions within the selected set (new).
If you’re looking at the results for SLS RC 2, and you select this option, all SLS RC results will be exported.

- Send RHS splice from Diamonds to PowerConnect.
Export/ Import
- Import from SAF file via BIM Expert.
- Export to IFC file via BIM Expert.
General
- Bugfix in Auto Save-function.
- Bugfix in Save-function in combination with Section Utility. Diamonds always started the Save As-function instead of the Save-function.
- Possibility to assign Design types
to lines without cross-sections without them dissapearing after a while. - Diamonds will no longer make sounds when you use ENTER and ESC while drawing.

Results
- Bugfix in displaying enveloppe of cracking widths.
Concrete
- Bugfix in the calculation of the shear reinforcement. VRd.c was taken a factor 100 too small, which made Diamonds display transverse reinforcement (stirrups) too quickly. This was not a major issue, as bars with low transverse forces were assigned transverse reinforcement that was calculated to be less than the minimum transverse reinforcement. In the transverse reinforcement, the thin line was drawn under the thick line. This is corrected, resulting in the thin line not being drawn when VEd < VRd.c.
- Bugfix in the calculation of the torsional reinforcement.
- Bugfix in the calculation of cracked deformation.
- Bugfix in the calculation of cracking widths.
Concrete + fire
- The reduced Young’s modulus used to calculate the reinforcement in case of fire, was taken too conservative.
Steel / timber
- Manually imposed duration class didn’t affect kmod.
Report
- Error when making print preview of detailed results of steel/timber verification.
- Right margin for print preview not working properly.
- “Out of resources” error when making a report.
- Page number starts at zero for steel/timber check.
- Model not visible in report manager.
This was in particular an issue on computers with an AMD Radeon Ryzen processor with integraded graphical card or on computers running a Virtual Machine.
