When you start the service Gateway or Gateway Server in the Task Manager, you get the error:
Windows could not start the Gateway service on Local Computer. Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.
Solution
Contact the Buildsoft Support, the services Gateway is probably not (correctly) installed.
