Error 1923: Service Gateway Server (GatewayServer) could not be installed

  • During the installation of Diamonds, PowerConnect or BIM Expert, you get the error:

  • Click ‘Ignore’.
    The installation of Diamonds/PowerConnect/BIM Expert will continue, but the services Gateway and Gateway Server will not be started.
    Therefor you will not be able to able to use Diamonds/ PowerConnect/ BIM Expert.
