The libraries can be stored locally on your computer or can be stored on any computer in the network.
If the libraries are stored on any computer in the network, we call these central or shared libraries. An administrator manages the central libraries, the users get automatic updates when changes are made. The advantage of this system is that all users use the same library and that the library is always up to date.
To configure the system of central libraries, please refer to the Installation Guide §5.4.1. Note that this system requires adjustments in your BuildSoft licenses.
