The page setup can be defined with 
after opening the report manager
.
Here you can change:
- The margins
- The orientation: portrait or landscape
- The font and fontzsize
- The header and footer

The layout of for example the table borders cannot be changed in the report manager. If you want more fine tuning of the report, you can export it to an RTF-file. This RTF-file can be opened and edited in MS Word.
