The way numbers are reprented in a table (doens’t matter if it’s in Excel or a Diamonds table), depends on the number format imposed in Windows.
You can access this setting by going to Control Panel > Clock and region > Change data, time or number formats.

Choose “More settings”. The following dialog appears:
In this dialog you can impose the separator for the decimals. It often causes trouble in Diamonds/ Excel when the separator is set to ” . ” instead of ” , “.
