On double clicking the Diamonds installer setup file, you get following error message
Error: Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.
[NL]: Kan geen toegang krijgen tot het opgegeven apparaat, pad of bestand. Mogelijk hebt u niet de juiste toegangsmachtigingen voor het item.
[FR]: Erreur « Windows ne peut pas accéder au périphérique, chemin d’accès ou fichier spécifié. Vous ne disposez peut être pas des autorisations appropriées pour avoir accés à l’élément. ».
