During log on, you get following error message: The server has rejected the client credentials
Solution
The given password does not correspond with the username.
- Click ‘OK’
- Try logging on again
- For Diamonds/PowerConnect 2017, 2017r01 and BIM Expert 2017: The user name and password to fill out are identical to your Windows credentials. Please note that your pin code is not equal to your password. The system required a password, not a pin code.
- For newer versions of Diamonds/PowerConnect/ BIM Expert: The user name is the name defined during the installation. No password is required, unless you’ve defined one in the Gateway Configuration Tool (see Installation guide).
