When opening the help-file in Diamonds/Powerconnect on Windows 10, the content is empty.
Solution
- Close Diamonds.
- Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\BuildSoft\
PowerConnectxxxx\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\BuildSoft\Diamondsxxxx\
Replace xxxx with the correct Diamonds/PowerConnect version: 2014, 2015, 2017, … - Find the help file in the language you want, for example PowerConnectEN.chm
- Right mouse click on the help-file -> ‘Properties’ -> tab page ‘General’
- Select ‘unblock’ and click apply.
- Restart Diamonds/PowerConnect.
