Error on running the calculation (elastic analysis):
Port is Busy: All pipe instances are busy
[NL]: Poort is bezet: Alle pipes zijn bezet.
[FR]: Le port est occupé: Toutes les isntances des canaux de communication sont occupées.
[ES]: El puerto está ocupado: Todas las instancias de canalización están en uso.
Solution
[Diamonds 2017r06 or newer]
- Click STOP in the calculation dialog.
- Go to ‘Help’ > ‘Restart Calculation Core’.
- Run the calculations again.
[Diamonds 2017r05 or older]
- Keep Diamonds open
- Open Windows Task Manager (CTRL + ALT + DEL or right mouse button on the Windows bar at bottom of your screen )
- In the tab page ‘Processes’, scroll down until you find BuildSoftServer.exe (in Backgroundprocesses).
- End the proces BuildSoftServer.exe
- Go back to Diamonds
- Click STOP in the calculation dialog
- Save your model
- Restart Diamonds.
- Open the model.
- Recreate the mesh.
- Run the calculations again.
- This issue occurs less in Diamonds 2017r06 or newer.
