No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

When starting the elastic analysis Diamonds gives the error:

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Cause: your anti-virus/anti-spam software blocks the calculation core of Diamonds.

Solution

1. Close Diamonds.
2. Add Diamonds.exe and BuildSoftSever.exe to the list of safe programs in the anti-virus/anti-spam software:
   [For Diamonds 2023r01 (and older)]
   • Diamonds.exe is default located in C:\Program Files (x86)\BuildSoft\Diamondsxxxx\
   • BuildSoftServer.exe is default located in C:\Program Files (x86)\BuildSoft\Diamondsxxxx\DiamondsCalculations\
   [For Diamonds 2024 (and newer)]
   • Diamonds.exe is default located in C:\Program Files\BuildSoft\Diamondsxxxx\
   • BuildSoftServer.exe is default located in C:\Program Files\BuildSoft\Diamondsxxxx\DiamondsCalculations\

   Replace xxxx with the correct Diamonds version: 2014, 2015, 2017, …
