How to remove users from cloud license

In some cases you want to remove users from your cloud license, for example because of inactivity. Follow the steps blow to free the cloud license.

1. Open CodeMeter Control Center
2. Click on Webadmin

3. Go to License Monitoring
4. Look in the section ‘6001423’
5. Click on the first number before the program
   • 1 for Diamonds
   • 50 for BIM Expert
   • 101 for ConCrete
   • 103 for ConCrete Plus
   • 104 for PowerConnect
   • 105 for 12Build

6. You get an overview of all the people using the cloud license. Click on the ‘bin’ icon to remove the user(s) of your choice.
   The license is now free

7. In case of Diamonds: repeat steps 5-6 for all Diamonds modules on your cloud (n° 2-17)
