Cloud license is disconnected

In the CodeMeter Control Center, the cloud license shows as disconnected.

Solution

  1. Open the Task manager & go to the tab page ‘Services’:
  2. Stop the services Gateway and Gateway Server (if present)
  3. In CodeMeter Control Center: ‘Process’ > ‘Restart CodeMeter Service’
  4. Don’t forget the restart Gateway and Gateway Server services if you want to use Diamonds, PowerConnect or BIM Expert.
