When you try to open Section Utility, you get the error:

Followed by
Privileged instruction.
Solution
- Close Diamonds
- Go to C:\Program Files(x86)\Buildsoft\Diamonds20xx\SectionUtility\
- Change the name of matbib.efm and matbibSU.efm to something else.
- Try again.
