During the start-up of Diamonds/PowerConnect, you get the error:

Solution
- Uninstall Gateway using the Windows Control Panel
- Reinstall Gateway. You can download the installers here:
During the setup of Gateway you’ll be asked to select an SQL instance. Select an existing database, for example ‘(local)\SQLExpress14’ or ‘(local)\SQLExpress14BS’.
