Buildsoft programs (especially Diamonds, ConCrete and PowerConnect) request certain printer properties at start up. When the communication with the (network) printer is too slow or when the default printer is unavailable, our software won’t start or shows an error message.
In that case it’s adviced to manually define a local printer as default printer.
The workflow to do this, can be found on the Microsoft support website (EN, FR, NL).
