Teamviewer is a tool that allows a support-agent to look at your screen and investigate the issue you’re having.
A special BuildSoft-version of Teamviewer can be downloaded here. It is linked to our support-desk and speeds-up the process of setting up the system.
After the download:
- Go to the ‘Downloads’ folder on your computer.
- Search for ‘TeamViewerQS.exe’ and double click it (to run it).
- It’s not because you run Teamviewer, a support-agent is available to help you at that specific moment. Therefor we ask you to call us (+32 282 66 25).
