When starting Diamonds/ PowerConnect you get the error:

Solution

For the SQL databases in Diamonds/ PowerConnect 2017 it was required to enter your Windows credentials. When having trouble to log in, it is advise to use a more recent version (2018 or newer) of Diamonds/ PowerConnect.
