Diamonds.exe has stopped working

At start-up of Diamonds, you get the error ‘Diamonds.exe has stopped working‘.

[NL]: Diamonds werkt niet meer

[FR]: Diamonds à cessé de fonctionner

[ES]: Diamonds dejó de funcionar

Solution 1

• Reset the Diamonds preferences.

Solution 2

• Install a local printer.

Solution 3

If your computer recently did updates:

1. Open the CodeMeter Control Center  (also via ‘Start’ > ‘All programs’ > ‘CodeMeter’)
2. Menu ‘Process’ > ‘Stop CodeMeter Service’
3. Remove the CodeMeter software of the computer via Control Panel
4. Restart the computer
5. Install CodeMeter

Solution 4 (when you save files in the cloud)

• Relocate the preferences.
