When printing a report, the pages are printed on only half of the page for example.
Solution
- If 12 Build is installed on a Windows machine
Check the screen settings in Windows (rigth mouse button > screen settings). The size of text and apps should be 100%. - If 12 Build is installed on a virtualized Windows using Parallels, check the screen settings in the Windows environment (right mouse button on desktop > screen settings). The size of text and apps should be 100%.
It’s possible you can’t edit the scale because it is blocked by a setting in Parallels. To solve it, follow these steps.
