Error on installing ConCrete or ConCrete Plus:
Error 1913: Setup cannot update file C:/windows/win.ini or
Error 1913: Could not update the INI file C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\WIN.INI. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
Solution 1
Disable your virus scanner (temporary) and run the installer again.
Solution 2
Run the installer again and install the applicaction for all users.
