ConCretePlus.exe has stopped working

The ConCrete Plus software does not start up. You get an error message

[NL]: ConCrete Plus werkt niet meer

[FR]: ConCrete Plus à cessé de fonctionner

[ES]: ConCrete Plus dejó de funcionar

Solution 1: Reset the preference files

• Close all ConCrete Plus projects.
• Go to C:\Users\**YourUsername**\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\BuildSoft\ConCrete
  Notes:
  • the folder ‘AppData’ is a hidden folder. You can show the hidden folders in the folder options.
  • In case of Windows XP you go to C:\Program Files\BuildSoft\ConCrete
• Delete the preference files
  • CONCRETEPLUS_7.PRF
  • CONCRETEPLUS_7.PR$
  • DLLCONCRETEPLUS_7.PRF
• Restart ConCrete Plus.
