The resolution of the printed images can be too low.\u00a0However, you can set the resolution higher:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Close Diamonds.<\/li>\n<li>Go to <strong>My Documents &gt; Diamonds &gt; {current version}<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Open <strong>Diamonds.<\/strong><strong>ini<\/strong> with Notepad<\/li>\n<li>Press <kbd>CTRL<\/kbd> + <kbd>F<\/kbd> and search for <strong>TGENERALPREFERENCES_PREF.<br \/>\nScroll down until you find <strong>BITMAPRESOLUTIONTOPRINT<\/strong> and <strong>BITMAPRESOLUTIONTORTF<\/strong><\/strong><br \/>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle  \"  >\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__title\">Can't find the keywords?<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__content\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t<div class=\"hts-toggle__contentwrap\">\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t<p>Are you sure? Search again starting from the top. If you still can&#8217;t find them, you&#8217;ll have to add them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sroll down to the buttom of the list.<\/li>\n<li>Copy paste the following text.\n<pre>[TGENERALPREFERENCES_PREF]\r\nBITMAPRESOLUTIONTORTF=800\r\nBITMAPRESOLUTIONTOPRINT=800<\/pre>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n    \t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t\t<\/div><!-- \/ht-toggle-content -->\r\n    \t\t<\/div>\r\n    \t\t<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the resolution as you please:\n<ul>\n<li><strong> BITMAPRESOLUTIONTORTF<\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em>is for printing to an RTF-file.<\/li>\n<li><strong>BITMAPRESOLUTIONTOPRINT<\/strong> is for all other print commands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Usually 2000 (dpi) is sufficient.<\/li>\n<li>Close the\u00a0<strong>Diamonds.<\/strong><strong>ini. <\/strong>Save changes.<\/li>\n<li>Open Diamonds, print report.<\/li>\n<li>The next time you want to adjust the resolution, use the search command again. These parameters are not always at the bottom of the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--info  hts-messages--withtitle hts-messages--withicon \" id=\"\" style=\"\">\r\n    \t\t\t<span class=\"hts-messages__title\">Notes<\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\t\n<ul>\n<li>When you print an RTF-file, the file you get is usually quite large. Saving the *.rtf-file as a *.docx -file, reduces the file size, but also decreases the quality of the images.<\/li>\n<li>Setting the resolution too high will cause memory issues.<\/li>\n<li>The report manager in Diamonds cannot produce A0-images, <a href=\"https:\/\/buildsoftsupport.com\/knowledge-base\/how-to-print-one-image-on-a0\/\">but you could use the Export to bitmap-feature<\/a> if you want one image on A0-size.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n    \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The images in the RTF report are pixelated after printing.
