  2. Go to Computer\\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\SOFTWARE\\WIBU-SYSTEMS\\CodeMeterCC<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. If not present, create new DWORD (right mouse click), name it “AllowCmActDelete”.

    • End the task Buildsoft<\/em>.Gateway.exe<\/em>\u00a0(if present)<\/li>\n
    • End the task Buildsoft<\/em>.Gateway.Server.exe<\/em>\u00a0(if present)<\/li>\n

    • End the task CmWebAdmin.exe<\/em>\u00a0(if present)<\/li>\n
    • End the task CodeMeterCC.exe<\/em><\/li>\n
    • End the task CmWebAdmin.exe<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Start Codemeter again (Start > All Programs > Codemeter Control Center)
      \nThe button ‘Remove’ is now enabled. Select the cloud-license and hit ‘Remove’.

      • Find Gateway<\/em> in the list > Start service<\/em>.<\/li>\n
      • Find Gateway Serve<\/em>r in the list > Start service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Both Gateway and Gateway Server should have the status ‘Started’ now. If not, just start them again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
