Then it&#8217;s not a guarantee that the results from a model calculated a different Diamonds version will be displayed correctly when opened in Diamonds 202y using the method below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you really want to be sure, install the same version has the one in whicht he model was calculated.<\/li>\n<li>If you don&#8217;t have the time to do so, try the method below, but be cautions. Compare some results to for example printed results to make sure the results are well imported.     \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>&#8216;Solution&#8217; to be applied with care<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the *.bsf file with Notepad.<\/li>\n<li>Search (<kbd>CTRL<\/kbd>\u00a0+\u00a0<kbd>F<\/kbd>) for &#8216;Designversionnumber1&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the desired release year, for example &#8216;2018&#8217; for Diamonds <strong>2018<\/strong> r02:\n<pre> &lt;DESIGNVERSIONNUMBER1&gt;2018&lt;\/DESIGNVERSIONNUMBER1&gt;<\/pre>\n<\/li>\n<li>Search (<kbd>CTRL<\/kbd>\u00a0+\u00a0<kbd>F<\/kbd>) for &#8216;Designversionnumber2&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the desired revision number, for example &#8216;2&#8217; for Diamonds 2018 r02. If the version is\u00a0Diamonds 2018 r00, then enter 0:\n<pre> &lt;DESIGNVERSIONNUMBER2&gt;2&lt;\/DESIGNVERSIONNUMBER2&gt;<\/pre>\n<\/li>\n<li>Close Notepad. Save changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: because of the new section and material library in Diamonds 2017, this trick will not work between Diamonds 2015r06 (or older) and Diamonds 2017 (or a newer version).
