The file probably went missing after a scan by anti-virus software of cleaning software (like CCleaner). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will also be impossible to uninstall Diamonds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution 1 (fastest solution)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you were using an older version of Diamonds, you could try to download\/ install a newer version of Diamonds.<br>Make sure that when you do there&#8217;s a least one year difference in the version. For example: you&#8217;re having trouble with Diamonds 2024. If you download version 2025, that should do the trick. If you download version 2024r01, it probably won&#8217;t work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution 2 (cleanest solution)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Empty the installation folder of Diamonds. <br>C:\\Program Files\\BuildSoft\\Diamonds *<em>version you&#8217;re using<\/em>*<br>If you&#8217;re having trouble with one version in particular, only empty the folder of that version.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/knowledge-base\/remove-diamonds-from-registry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Clean out the registry. <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download and install Diamonds again. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When starting Diamonds, you get the following error: This error is caused by a missing file in the installation folder.
