The windows installer cannot continue.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">OR<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Error 1612. The installation source for this product is not availabe. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">OR<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Error 1714. The older version of *ProgramName* cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Solution 1<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Start &gt; Control Panel &gt; Programs and features.<\/li>\n<li>Find the *<em>ProgramName* <\/em>in the list and hit &#8216;Uninstall&#8217;. If you still get the same error, try Solution 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Solution 2<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Run Microsoft InstallAndUninstall fixer:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/17588\/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed\">https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/17588\/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Solution 3<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">    \t\t<div class=\"hts-messages hts-messages--danger  hts-messages--withtitle hts-messages--withicon \" id=\"\" style=\"\">\r\n    \t\t\t<span class=\"hts-messages__title\">Warning<\/span>    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\t<p>\r\n    \t\t\t\t\tThis fix involves making changes to the registry of the computer.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t feel comfortable doing this, ask assistance from a professional.     \t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n    \t\t\t    \t\t\t\r\n    \t\t<\/div><!-- \/.ht-shortcodes-messages -->\r\n    \t\t\n<ul>\n<li>Copy the number between the brackets.<\/li>\n<li>Close all software.<\/li>\n<li>Click the start button, type \u2018regedit\u2019 in the search box and choose \u2018Regedit.exe\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Select the upper folder in the list.<\/li>\n<li>Do a search (<kbd>CTRL<\/kbd>+<kbd>F<\/kbd>) for the number you copied in step 1.<\/li>\n<li>Delete each key that he finds.\u00a0Usually it&#8217;s 1 or 2.<\/li>\n<li>Close Registry.<\/li>\n<li>Run the installer again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you try to reinstall\/ uninstall the software you get the error: The path xxxxx cannot be found.
