Solution<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Close the software<\/li>\n
  2. Find the location of the ini files
    \n[Windows XP]<\/strong>
    \n{local hard drive} C > Program Files> BuildSoft > {name software}
    \n[Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10]<\/strong>
    \n{local hard disk} C > Users -> {your username} > AppData > Local > VirtualStore > Program Files > BuildSoft > {name software}
    \nIf the folder ‘AppData’ is not visible:\u00a0 Go to\u00a0 ‘Organise’ > ‘Folder and Search options’\u00a0 >\u00a0 tab ‘Display’ >check ‘Show hidden folders and files’
    \nuncheck ‘Hide extensions for known file types’<\/li>\n
  3. Delete or rename following files
    \n[PowerPlate Starter]<\/strong>
    \nPowerPlateS.ini
    \nPowerPlate3.prf
    \n[PowerPlate Standard]<\/strong>
    \nPowerPlateN.ini
    \nPowerPlate3N.prf
    \n[PowerPlate Master]<\/strong>
    \nPowerPlate3D.ini
    \nPowerPlate3D3.prf<\/li>\n
