But you can also create a report which only shows a selection of elements. If you add elements to the structure after the report was created, Diamonds doesn&#8217;t know if those new elements should be included in the report(s) or not. So by default, he doesn&#8217;t include them. But you can add them (see workflow below).<\/p>\n<h2>Solution<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the Report manager <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img_inline alignnone size-full wp-image-6850\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/KnopRapportBeheer.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li>Select the relevant report and click <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img_inline alignnone size-full wp-image-7605\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/KnopWijzigen.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the tab page <em>General<\/em> and click on the button <em><strong>Modify selection and view.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>You&#8217;ll return to the Diamonds workspace. Every button in the workspace remains clickable.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the button <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img_inline alignnone wp-image-19325 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/KnopToonAlles.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"20\" height=\"20\" \/> in the toolbar to show the entire structure.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the button <em><strong>Click here to return to print report configuration<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<em><strong>OK<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>to close the report configuration.<\/li>\n<li>Make a new print preview.
