When starting the elastic analysis Diamonds gives the error:<\/p>\n

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it<\/i><\/p>\n

Cause: your anti-virus\/anti-spam software blocks the calculation core of Diamonds.<\/p>\n

Solution<\/h2>\n

  1. Close Diamonds.<\/li>\n
  2. Add Diamonds.exe<\/i> and BuildSoftSever.exe<\/i> to the list of safe programs in the anti-virus\/anti-spam software:

    • Diamonds.exe<\/i> is default located in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\BuildSoft\\Diamondsxxxx\\ <\/i><\/li>\n
    • BuildSoftServer.exe<\/i> is default located in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\BuildSoft\\Diamondsxxxx\\DiamondsCalculations\\<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[For Diamonds 2024 (and newer)]\n
