At the moment the connection enters PowerConnect, you get the following error:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12525 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/ErrorOpenGL.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"335\" height=\"145\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The error does not occur when you do the same steps in Diamonds 2023r01 (or older).<\/p>\n<h2>Solution<\/h2>\n<p>Your computer probably contains more than one graphical card. You can check the amount of graphical card using the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-gb\/windows\/open-device-manager-a7f2db46-faaf-24f0-8b7b-9e4a6032fc8c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Device Manager<\/a> (NL: Apparaatbeheer) of Windows. Asign the NVIDIA graphical card to PowerConnect by following these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click with the right mouse button on the desktop and open the NVIDIA control panel.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12526\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/ErrorOpenGL2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"479\" height=\"386\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Go to <em>Manage 3D settting<\/em>s &gt; tab page <em>Program settings<\/em>.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-12527\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/ErrorOpenGL3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"643\" height=\"466\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click on the button <em>Add.<br \/>\n<\/em>Browse to the folder <em>C:\\Program Files\\BuildSoft\\Diamonds 2024.
