Why not? One of the bigger issues is that the analysis model (= what you make in Diamonds) differs from the physical model (= what you make in Revit, CAD, Tekla Structures): the analysis-Diamonds-model is an axis-to-axis model. Thicknesses of the supports are not really known by him. Applying anchorage lengths to this type of model would give a so and so results.
So the Practical reinfrocement module is a drawing aid to support the communication with your draftsman, but it cannot replace your draftsman.
