Contact the support (support@buildsoft.eu) to get them replaced.<\/li>\n<li>For dongles starting with\u00a02-xxxxxxx or\u00a03-xxxxxxx<br \/>\nA Cm dongle does not only contain your license, but also software to manage that license. The workflow below will update the software and reconfigurate it.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plug the dongle into a computer in which it is recongized by Codemeter Control Center.<\/li>\n<li>Select the dongle and check its version. The version should a least be 2.02. If that&rsquo;s not the case, click on to update it with the button <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img_inline alignnone size-full wp-image-6146\" src=\"https:\/\/buildsoftsupport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/KnopUpdateFirmware.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"21\" height=\"20\" \/>. This can take a while. Replace the %1 with the number of your license dongle.<\/p>\n<pre>--serial %1 --set-config-disk HidCommunication<\/pre>\n<p>Hit <kbd>ENTER<\/kbd>.
