The message means that Diamonds can’t find a way to transfer the loads throught the structure towards to supports taking all the boundary conditions into account. The solution lies in finding the cause. Depending on the direction, you can find a list of possible causes below.<\/p>\n

  • Verify that all elements are well connected.<\/li>\n
  • Verify that the supports are able to resist horizontal displacement when horizontal loading (like wind or seismic) is applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Vertical direction Y<\/h3>\n

    • Replace soil layers with a spring.<\/li>\n
    • Remove the boundary condition ‘No tension’ from the supports.<\/li>\n
