That works fine the first time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You make some changes to the model (like changing the cross-sections) and try to calculate it again. Diamonds crashes and closes itself without an error or warning. <br>Sometimes the crash happens after the first edit, sometimes after the second. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Close Diamonds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open Task Manager (<kbd>CTRL<\/kbd> + <kbd>ALT<\/kbd> + <kbd>DEL<\/kbd> or right mouse click on the Windows bar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to the tab page \u00ab\u00a0Details\u00a0\u00bb. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sort the list alphabetically by clicking on the column header \u201c<em>Name<\/em>\u201c.<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1160\" height=\"444\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ResetGatwayPrefs1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find\u00a0<em>BuildSoft.Gateway.exe<\/em> in the list. This is the calculation core of Diamonds. Select it and hit <em>End Task.<\/em> <em>BuildSoft.Gateway.exe <\/em>will disappear from the list.<br>If you cannot find it, it was already closed.
