Teamviewer is a tool that allows a support-agent to look at your screen and investigate the issue you’re having.<\/p>\n

A special BuildSoft-version of Teamviewer can be downloaded here<\/a>. It is linked to our support-desk and speeds-up the process of setting up the system.<\/p>\n

After the download:<\/p>\n

  1. Go to the ‘Downloads’ folder on your computer.<\/li>\n
  2. Search for ‘TeamViewerQS.exe’ and double click it (to run it).<\/li>\n
