Once they are placed at their position, a second phase is casted in which the individual beams (per span) are casted together to form a continuous beam (possibly the are also cast together with the slabs).<\/p>\n<p>In some cases, the precast beams are used to bear a part of the loads, without the help of additional struts. Special attention should be paid at the impositions! The beams are prefabricated per span and will be loaded in an isostatic way by their self-weight and e.g. also the self-weight of the slabs posed on those beams and the self-weight of the second phase concrete. Once the beam is completely casted and hardened, the full section is effective, and the spans are completely joined to form a hyperstatic construction (continuous beam).<\/p>\n<p>In ConCrete, two phases can be considered. Therefore, you have to enter the next things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Phase 1: indicate for each section till which height the section will be casted in the first phase, in other words. this is the height of precast section. Load types can act in both phases or only in one of them. Of course, it is possible to have load types that act only in the second phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The phases are considered by the calculation of the reinforcement and of the stresses in the concrete and in the reinforcement. The phases are not considered by the calculation of the deformation\u00a0(neither uncracked nor cracked) and crack width.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ConCrete can, besides beam, can also calculate plates in reinforced concrete. Bijzondere aandacht dient dan wel besteed te worden aan de opleggingen! In die gevallen worden de liggers gedeeltelijk geprefabriceerd per overspanning en zullen deze gedeeltelijke liggers isostatisch belast worden met hun eigengewicht en bijvoorbeeld nog het eigengewicht van de platen die erop rusten en van het op te storten deel. Eens de ligger volstort en verhard, werkt de volledige sectie in een hyperstatische constructie (doorlopende ligger).<\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0ConCrete kunnen deze twee fases ook in de berekening opgenomen worden. Daartoe volstaan twee dingen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fase 1: geef voor iedere sectie op tot welke hoogte de 1\u00b0 fase gestort wordt. Lasttypes die in 1\u00b0 fase aangrijpen, kunnen ook in de 2\u00b0 fase aanwezig blijven, maar dit is niet noodzakelijk. Natuurlijk is het ook mogelijk om lasttypes te hebben die enkel in de 2\u00b0fase aangrijpen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bij de berekening van de wapening en van de beton- en staalspanningen wordt rekening gehouden met deze fasering. Bij de scheurwijdte en de doorbuigingsberekening (zowel ongescheurd als gescheurd) wordt geen rekening gehouden met deze fasering.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Naast balkelementen kunnen in ConCrete ook plaatstroken in gewapend beton worden gedimensioneerd. Apr\u00e8s la mise en place au chantier, on coule la deuxi\u00e8me phase, \u00e9ventuellement en m\u00eame temps avec le coulage des dalles. Dans certains cas, la partie pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9e de la section est utilis\u00e9e pour tenir d\u00e9j\u00e0 certaines charges, sans qu\u2019on ait besoin des \u00e9tais suppl\u00e9mentaires. Dans ces cas, il faut faire attention aux zones de support ! Les poutres sont alors pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es par port\u00e9e et ces poutres partielles seront charg\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re isostatique avec leur poids propre et, par exemple, le poids propre des pr\u00e9dalles qui sont pos\u00e9es sur ces poutres, ensemble avec le poids propre du deuxi\u00e8me coulage du b\u00e9ton. Une fois que le b\u00e9ton du deuxi\u00e8me coulage est durci, la section totale travaille dans un syst\u00e8me hyperstatique (poutre continue).<\/p>\n<p>Dans ConCrete, vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre en compte ces deux phases de coulage lors du calcul. Il faut introduire deux choses :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00b0 Pour chaque section, vous indiquez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quel le hauteur la section sera coul\u00e9e dans une premi\u00e8re phase, c.-\u00e0-d. quelle est la hauteur de la partie pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9e de la section. Des charges qui sont pr\u00e9sentes dans la premi\u00e8re phase peuvent rest\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentes dans la deuxi\u00e8me phase, quand m\u00eame celles-ci ne seraient pas n\u00e9cessaires. Naturellement, il est \u00e9galement possible d\u2019introduire des charges qui ne sont pr\u00e9sentes que dans la deuxi\u00e8me phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce phasage est pris en compte dans le calcul des armatures et des contraintes en b\u00e9ton et acier.
