Although, when you click on &#8216;Modify selection and view&#8217;, the structure is visible. When you make a print (preview) of the report, the structure is not visible.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7604 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/RapportbeheerLeeg.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"639\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/RapportbeheerLeeg.png 475w, https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/RapportbeheerLeeg-223x300.png 223w, https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/RapportbeheerLeeg-37x50.png 37w, https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/RapportbeheerLeeg-45x60.png 45w, https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/RapportbeheerLeeg-26x35.png 26w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 475px) 100vw, 475px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This issue can have multiple causes. However, these solutions do not work for&nbsp;Lenovo Thinkpads laptops that have an AMD Radeon Ryzen CPU\/graphical card. This graphical card is not compatible with Diamonds\/ PowerConnect at the moment (go to <a href=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/knowledge-base\/what-are-the-system-requirements-for-buildsoft-software\/\">system reqquirements<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h2>Solution 1<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure the drivers of your graphical card are up to date (it&#8217;s recommended to start with this solution).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Solution 2<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure you tried Solution 1.<\/li>\n<li>In Diamonds go to the menu <em>Options &gt; Preferences<\/em> &gt; tab page <em>Drawing.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>If the Fast rending is turn off, turn it on. If it is turned on, turn off.<\/li>\n<li>Click OK to close the dialogue. Restart Diamonds and check if it helped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Solution 3: two graphical cards<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Check if you have <a href=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/knowledge-base\/how-do-i-check-how-many-graphical-cards-my-computer-has\/\">multiple graphical cards<\/a>.<br \/>\nIf yes, continue with the steps below.<br \/>\nIf no, go to Solution 4.<\/li>\n<li>Close Diamonds.<\/li>\n<li>Start &gt; open the app \u00ab<em>NVIDIA control panel\u00bb<\/em> &gt; go to \u00ab<em>Manage 3D settings\u00bb.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Go to the tab page \u00ab<em>Program settings\u00bb <\/em>and click \u00ab<em>Add\u00bb.<\/em><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13603\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/GrafischeInstellingen.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"695\"><\/li>\n<li>Browse to the location of <em>Diamonds.exe <\/em>and hit \u00ab<em>Open<\/em>\u00ab.Up until Diamonds 2023r01 the folder is\n<pre>C:\\Program Files (x86)\\BuildSoft\\*Diamonds version you're using*<\/pre>\n<p>From Diamonds 2024 the folder is<\/p>\n<pre>C:\\Program Files\\BuildSoft\\*Diamonds version you're using*<\/pre>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13604\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/GrafischeInstellingen2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"946\" height=\"449\"><\/li>\n<li>Set the prefferd graphical card to the NVIDIA and hit \u00ab<em>Apply<\/em>\u00ab.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13607\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/GrafischeInstellingen4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"695\"><\/li>\n<li>Restart Diamonds. Check if the problem is solved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Solution 4: <strong>USEWINDOWHANDLE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure you tried Solution 1.<\/li>\n<li>Close all Diamonds projects. This is very important!<\/li>\n<li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>My Documents &gt; Diamonds &gt; {the version you&#8217;re using}<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Open the file&nbsp;<strong>Diamonds.ini<\/strong>&nbsp;with Notepad and go to the end of the document (<kbd>CTRL<\/kbd>&nbsp;+&nbsp;<kbd>END<\/kbd>).<\/li>\n<li>Add the lines<br \/>\n<strong>[RENDERWINDOW]<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>USEWINDOWHANDLE=0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Close the Notepad-file and save the changes.<\/li>\n<li>Restart Diamonds.<\/li>\n<li>Check if the issue is solved. If not, retry this solution, but set&nbsp;<strong>USEWINDOWHANDLE=1<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Solution 5: Nahimic<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Check if you have the Nahimic Service running (<a href=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/knowledge-base\/diamonds-crashes-when-you-drag-it-from-a-laptop-screen-to-a-monitor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">see this article<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When you create a new report &nbsp;(or edit an existing one) in the report manager, the structure is not visible.
