{"id":421,"date":"2017-03-29T11:39:55","date_gmt":"2017-03-29T11:39:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/buildsoftsupport.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=421"},"modified":"2023-04-20T08:59:31","modified_gmt":"2023-04-20T08:59:31","slug":"trial-license-does-not-activate","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/es\/knowledge-base\/trial-license-does-not-activate\/","title":{"rendered":"Trial license does not activate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"en\">After installing the software, the trial license can not be activated<span class=\"\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Causes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The trial-license has already been used before.<\/li>\n<li>The Trial-license didn&#8217;t activate automatically<\/li>\n<li>The license manager CodeMeter was unable to verify the time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Solution<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Open CodeMeter Control Center (Start &gt; All Programs &gt; CodeMeter Control Center <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img_inline alignnone size-full wp-image-3253\" src=\"http:\/\/buildsoftsupport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/CodeMeter.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"24\" height=\"25\" \/>).<\/li>\n<li>Check\u00a0if you find &#8216;Diamonds Trial Version&#8217; in the list.\n<ul>\n<li><strong>If you find it<\/strong> in the list\n<ul>\n<li>Select it and click on &#8216;WebAdmin&#8217;. Contact BuildSoft for alternatives.<\/li>\n<li>If the date is black, the license either hasn&#8217;t been activated or is activated. Start the desired BuildSoft software. You should be able to use the software without limits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>If you don&#8217;t find<\/strong> it in the list\n<ul>\n<li>Go to the installation-folder of the BuildSoft software.<\/li>\n<li>Find the Trial license and double click it.\n<ul>\n<li>If you&#8217;ve received no warning,\u00a0the license has been imported. Start the desired BuildSoft software. You should be able to use the software without limits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Solution 2<\/h2>\n<p>If there is no internet connection, the license manager CodeMeter is unable to find a valid time certificate. Consequently, the trial license will be not activated.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open CodeMeter Control Center\u00a0(Start &gt; All Programs &gt; CodeMeter Control Center<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"img_inline alignnone size-full wp-image-3253\" src=\"http:\/\/buildsoftsupport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/CodeMeter.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"24\" height=\"25\" \/>).<\/li>\n<li>Menu &#8216;Process&#8217; &gt; &#8216;Update Time Certificates&#8217;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After installing the software, the trial license can not be activated.
