You can check the amount of graphical card using the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-gb\/windows\/open-device-manager-a7f2db46-faaf-24f0-8b7b-9e4a6032fc8c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Device Manager<\/a> (NL: Apparaatbeheer) of Windows. Asign the internal graphical card to PowerConnect by following these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Click with the right mouse button on the desktop and open the NVIDIA control panel.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12526\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/ErrorOpenGL2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"479\" height=\"386\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Go to <em>Manage 3D settting<\/em>s &gt; tab page <em>Program settings<\/em>.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-12527\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/ErrorOpenGL3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"643\" height=\"466\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click on the button <em>Add.<br \/>\n<\/em>Browse to the folder <em>C:\\Program Files\\BuildSoft\\PowerConnec 202x.<br \/>\n<\/em>Select the <em>PowerConnect.exe <\/em>and hit<em> Open.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-12529\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/ErrorOpenGL4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"643\" height=\"486\" \/><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Set the graphical processor to the \u00abinternal graphical card\u00bb and hit &#8216;Apply&#8217;.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15101\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/ErrorDraw3Dnode.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"695\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Start PowerConnect and check if the problem is solved.<\/li>\n<li>If it is not solved, repeat the steps but select the NVIDIA card instead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[Windows XP]\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Close PowerConnect<\/li>\n<li>Right click with mouse on desktop and click &#8216;Properties&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Go to page &#8216;Settings&#8217; \u2192 &#8216;Advanced&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Go to page \u2018Troubleshoot\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Move hardware acceleration to the left: about 50% or less<\/li>\n<li>Try PowerConnect again. If it still does not work, repeat 1-2-3 and move hardware acceleration more to the left.
