The installation procedure is not starting.<\/p>\n<h2>Solution 1<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Right click on the *.exe.<\/li>\n<li>Choose \u00abRun as Administrator\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Solution 2<\/h2>\n<p>Add a new user account on your computer and try to install ConCrete using that account.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Start &gt; Control Panel &gt; User Accounts. Choose &#8216;Manage another account&#8217;.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13558\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/AddAccount.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1887\" height=\"676\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8216;Create a new account&#8217;.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13559\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/AddAccount2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1887\" height=\"1073\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Follow the instruction of the wizzard.<br \/>\nAt a certain point, the wizzard will suggest to make a Windows-account for the new user. But since we only want to use this new user to install ConCrete, creating a Windows-account is overkill. Just select twice that you want to add a user WITHOUT a Microsoft-account.<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13561\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/AddAccount3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"484\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Once<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13560\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/AddAccount4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"484\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Make sure the new user has Administrator rights.<\/li>\n<li>Once the new user has been added to you computer, log in and install ConCrete using that account.<\/li>\n<li>Once ConCrete is installed, you can delete the user account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When running the ConCrete installer, nothing happens.
