Run the installer again and install the applicaction for all users.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It could be that the .NET Framework is corrupt<\/p>\n

  1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Click \u201cTurn Windows features on or off\u201d and See Microsoft .Net Framework is listed<\/li>\n
  3. See if you can uninstall it and reinstall it by using the check box there.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
