Activate this feature from the menu &#8216;<em>File &gt; Print report \u2026<\/em> &#8216;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-56.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-56.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17976\" width=\"159\" height=\"269\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">And get access to the following dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-57.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-57.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17978\" width=\"490\" height=\"399\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">This dialogue contains a number of tabs which you can specify<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>what information you want to include in the calculation note<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>how this information is formatted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">The tab page <em>Page Setup<\/em> shows the general information regarding the <em>Header <\/em>and <em>Footer <\/em>of the calculation note. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">The actual content of the calculation note is defined via the tabs <em>General<\/em>, <em>Loads<\/em> and <em>Graphs<\/em>. In the <em>General <\/em>page, you have access to a representation of the geometry, but you can also request following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>the table of \u2018loads descent\u2019 that you have performed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the description of how the load groups (dead load, life loads, \u2026) were combined to perform the calculations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-58.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-58.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17979\" width=\"419\" height=\"341\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">What concerns the design of the structure, you can ask the optimal dimension of the sections to be included in the report, together with an estimate of the amounts of materials:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>for steel this includes an estimation of the weight and the paint surface<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for reinforced concrete, this includes an estimation of the volume of concrete and the weight of the reinforcement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">In addition you can also include the material parameters used for design in your calculation note.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Through the tab pages <em>Loads <\/em>and <em>Graphs <\/em>you have access to all graphs that were visible via the icon fields <em>Loads <\/em>and <em>Plot<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">After defining the details for the calculation note, you can print it by clicking on <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" class=\"wp-image-17699\" style=\"width: 18px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Hetmodelvensterafdrukkenb6.png\" alt=\"\">. In addition, you can adjust the printer settings, if necessary. However, it is always a good idea to take a preview in advance via &#8216;<em>Print preview<\/em>&#8216; <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" class=\"wp-image-17703\" style=\"width: 18px;\" src=\"https:\/\/support.buildsoft.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Hetmodelvensterafdrukkenb4.png\" alt=\"\">.
